Rumson — Runners and walkers of all ages and experience levels are encouraged to
head over to Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School on Saturday, December 15 to
compete for a worthy cause.
The RFH Key Club is partnering with the Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA)
to host the Sandy Relief 3K Run/Walk Race. A minimum donation of ten dollars is
required for participation, and all proceeds will directly benefit local residents impacted
by Hurricane Sandy. Sign-ups will be held at the outdoor track from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.,
and the race begins at 10:30 a.m.
RFH Key Club is a group of student volunteers assisting local organizations with
fundraising and other activities geared toward helping the community. Many residents in
the Rumson and Fair Haven communities suffered devastating losses due to the effects
of Hurricane Sandy.
Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School is located at 74 Ridge Road in Rumson.
