New Cafeteria POS and MySchoolBucks Information

Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School recently assessed the need for a computerized Point of Sale (POS) system and its potential role in attaining an increased level of service in the cafeteria.  We believe a POS system will be beneficial to RFH families; as such, we will be implementing this new system now through the rest of the year.  

The decision to roll out the POS system late in the year provides us the opportunity to vet the implementation process before the full-scale launch in September.  

RFH students in grades 9-11 have been entered into the POS system.  Due to the implementation timing, seniors have not been uploaded.  Parent(s)/guardian(s) can deposit money into their student’s account via online payment with a credit card or by cash or check in the cafeteria.  Cash will continue to be accepted at all registers.

Another benefit of this system is the ability to view lunch purchases through personal online accounts with  Information on how to setup a personal account is attached.

Students will use their Student ID Number when making a purchase in the cafeteria. The Student ID Number can be found on the top right of the screen when logged into PowerSchool.  The new POS system will use funds that are associated with the MySchoolBucks account to complete the purchase.
