RUMSON-FAIR HAVEN REGIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
74 RIDGE ROAD, RUMSON, N.J. 07760
The RFH PTSA Board members welcome and invite you to become a part of your student’s life at RFH through membership in the Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA). The PTSA is an organization that provides the opportunity to work together with students, parents, teachers and administrators to enhance your student’s high school experience at RFH. The enclosed membership form outlines the major activities and services supported by the PTSA, such as the Post Prom Party, Annual Scholarships, and the Rumson-Fair Haven Run. If you are interested in becoming involved in a particular activity, please feel free to contact any member of the PTSA Board or Committee Chairperson.
The most significant role of the PTSA is to foster communications within the RFH community. This happens several ways. First, the monthly PTSA meetings typically take place on the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the RFH library. These meetings are regularly attended by our Principal, Mrs. Handerhan, teacher and student representatives, committee members and a Board of Education representative. This is an excellent way to find out what’s happening at RFH and express your ideas and concerns. We invite you to attend and participate!
In addition to our monthly meetings, the PTSA website, www.rumsonfairhaven.org/ptsa, acts as our newsletter and is updated regularly with announcements and information.
Please consider getting involved with and supporting the RFH PTSA. We look forward to seeing you at this year’s first PTSA meeting on September 18, at 7pm. Enjoy the rest of your summer!
