Welcome to the RFH Physical Education and Health Department! The RFH Physical Education and Health Department focuses on wellness for all students through physical activity, mindfulness, and academic study. Our program provides choice to students and teachers strive to create interesting and fun activities for each student to maximize the health and physical education experience. When on medical, one paper per week must be completed and turned in to your PE teacher.  The PE Medical Assignment is available for easy access.
