MATH LEAGUE

MEMBERSHIP:  Open to all students, grades 9 – 12

NUMBER OF MEETINGS:  1-2 times per month

MEETINGS:  One Monday a month

Students in the Math League travel to area schools and compete in the Shore Math League. Competitions occur once a month from September through March and challenge students to put their math skills to the test. Students participate in an individual test, a relay-race, and a team question. Competitions are best suited for honors math students who have completed Algebra 2, however, all math students are encouraged to participate if they love math! Students may also meet throughout the year for optional practices and other challenging math activities.
