National Art Honor Society

National Art Honor Society is a nationally recognized organization that is open to students who have maintained an “A” average in their full year art courses. Students in the club are dedicated to promoting art in the school and community. The club has many fundraisers and community service activities in which the members use their artistic talents. Members are also eligible to attend a museum/gallery field trip.

Requirements for membership eligibility:
- Students are eligible for NAHS by averaging out to an A in their full-year art class.
- Students must be enrolled in a full-year art class for the next year.
Requirements to maintain membership:
- Once they are members of the Honor Society, students must attend monthly meetings, participate in both in-school (LRC tutoring) and out-of-school community service (3 hours of each), and participate in club activities and events.
