RFHRHS Student Assistance Counselor provides school-based student wellness services by working with students and families with the goal of improving resiliency and developing healthy coping skills to overcome personal stressors and societal challenges.

Dr. Fico is able to provide families with referrals to local mental health and chemical health professioanls upon request and as needed.

RFHRHS students are referred for student wellness services by RFH staff members, administrators, parents and peers when experiencing a concern for our student.
